History of Lebanon
1910: First meeting over a meat market at Cedar & 34th Street.
1911: Lot on 21st & 36th purchased for $500. Basement built.
1912: Lebanon calls first pastor Rev. E.A. Lindgren
1915: Pastor C.E. Elving called as pastor
1925: Sanctuary completed
1926: Rev. Hugo Thorene called as pastor
1941: Stained glass windows installed
1952: Rev. Grant Olson called as pastor

1957: Education building completed
1958: Easter Lily cross built

1962: Joins Minnesota Synod of LCA (Lutheran Church in America)
1975: Wicks pipe organ installed
1976: Narthex & Restorations completed
1979: Rev. Rob Englund called as pastor
1988: Joins Minneapolis Synod ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America)
2003: Rev. Jim Gullickson called as interim pastor
2007: Rev. Russell Grigsby called as pastor
Joins LCMC (Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ)
2011: Lebanon Celebrates 100 years as a congregation at this location!
